Ridge Slip Stitch - Pattern 1

Easy to knit this mosaic colorwork pattern uses slip stitches.  This knitting stitch is great for hats and  baby sweaters.

Knitting instructions:
With color A, cast on a multiples of 4 + 3 

Row 1 (WS): With color A, purl
Row 2 (RS): With color B, knit 3, *slip 1, knit 3; rep from * to end.
Row 3: With color B, purl 3, *slip 1, purl 3; rep from * to end.<
Row 4: With color B, knit 3, *slip 1, knit 3; rep from * to end.
Row 5: With B, purl
Row 6: With A, knit 3, *slip 1, knit 3; rep from * to end.
Repeat these 6 rows until you have reached your desired length.
