Knitting instructions:

Cast on: multiple of 16  stitches + 14. 

Row 1: P2, * k2, p6, (k2, p2) twice; repeat from * to last 12 sts, k2, p6, k2, p2
Row 2: K2, p2, k6, p2, * (k2, p2) twice, k6, p2; repeat from * to last 2 sts, k2.
Row 3: Repeat row 1
Row 4: Repeat row 2
Row 5: Repeat row 1
Row 6: Repeat row 2
Row 7: P2, * Wrap 10, p6; repeat from *  to last 12 sts, warp 10, p2
Row 8: (K2, p2) 3 times, * k6, (p2, k2) twice, p2; repeat from * last 2 sts, k2
Row 9: P2, * k2, (p2, k2) twice, p6; repeat from * to last  12 sts, (k2, p2) 3 times.
Row 10: Repeat row 8
Row 11: Repeat row 9
Row 12: Repeat row 8
Row 13: Repeat row 9
Row 14: Repeat row 8    
Row 15: P2, k2, * p6; wrap 10; repeat from * to last 10 sts, p6, k2, p2.
Row 16: Repeat row 2
Repeat rows 1-16 till necessary for completing your project.

Knitting abbreviations:
Knit stitch: K
Purl stitch: P
Slip 10 stitches to dpn, wrap the yarn from front to back 3 times around just below the dpn, draw the stitches together gently; [k2 (p2, k2) twice] from dpn: WRAP 10
