Row 1: (RS) K1, yo, * skpo, k3, yo; repeat from * to last 3 sts, skpo, k1
Row 2 and all wrong side row: Purl
Row 3: K2, * skpo, k2, yo, k1; repeat from * to last 2 sts, k2
Row 5: K2, * skpo , k1, yo, k2; repeat from * to last 2 sts, k2
Row 7: K2, * skpo, yo, k3; repeat from * to last 2 sts, k2
Row 9: K1, k2tog, * yo, k3, k2tog; repeat from * to last st, yo, k1
Row 11: K2, * k1, yo, k2, k2tog; repeat from * to last 2 sts, k2
Row 13: K2, * k2, yo, k1, k2tog; repeat from * to last 2 sts, k2
Row 15: K2, * k3, yo, k2tog; repeat from * to last 2 sts, k2
Row 16: Purl 

Repeat rows 1-16 until you have reached your desired length.
