While the Men's Spring Knitting Retreat doesn't officially begin until this Thursday, I have arrived early and am enjoying the peace and serenity of Easton Mountain starting today.
Knitted Socks
The socks in the foreground are hand knit in Kureyon Sock Yarn. The locale is Easton Mountain Retreat Center, specifically in the "Sun Room" (despite the very little sun we had today).
Having a couple days to unwind before facilitating the retreat each year is great mini-vacation for me.
Here's my view while I sit and knit with John, Jeff and Nick (three other early arrivals)
Gotta go eat dinner (chicken and veggie curry!).
